Oryginalny opis (EN)

This skill should be used when the user asks to set up or initialize the subagent-system pipeline for a project ('init pipeline', 'set up the pipeline', 'khoi tao pipeline'). Creates PIPELINE_CONFIG.md and checkpoint scaffolding.

argument-hint: [project-root]
---

Setup the subagent-system pipeline for a project.

**Steps:**

1. **Read PROJECT_ROOT from `$ARGUMENTS`**. If not provided, use current git repo root:
```bash
Bash("git rev-parse --show-toplevel 2>/dev/null || echo MISSING")
```
If MISSING: stop and ask user to provide the project path explicitly.

2. **Verify git repo:**
```bash
Bash("git -C [PROJECT_ROOT] rev-parse --show-toplevel 2>/dev/null && echo GIT_OK || echo NO_GIT")
```
If NO_GIT: warn "Project is not a git repo — checkpoint commits will be skipped. Continue? (y/n)"

3. **Create .claude/ directory structure:**
```bash
Bash("mkdir -p [PROJECT_ROOT]/.claude/{checkpoints,progress,alerts,tmp}")
```

4. **Check if .claude/ is gitignored:**
```bash
Bash("git -C [PROJECT_ROOT] check-ignore -q .claude 2>/dev/null && echo IGNORED || echo NOT_IGNORED")
```
If IGNORED: warn and remove the rule automatically:
```bash
Bash("sed -i '/^\\.claude\\/\\*\\?$/d' [PROJECT_ROOT]/.gitignore")
```
Confirm: `✅ Removed .claude/ from .gitignore — pipeline files will be committed.`
Note: .claude/ should not be gitignored. It contains pipeline state (checkpoints, progress) that enables session recovery and chain verification.

5. **Check WorktreeCreate hooks in settings.json:**
```bash
Bash("grep -q 'WorktreeCreate' \"$HOME/.claude/settings.json\" 2>/dev/null && echo HAS_HOOK || echo NO_HOOK")
```
If NO_HOOK AND session cwd is not a git repo: warn:
```
⚠️  WorktreeCreate hook not found. If your session root is not a git repo,
   agent spawning will fail. Run /update-config (a built-in Claude Code skill)
   to add it, manually add the WorktreeCreate hook to ~/.claude/settings.json,
   or start Claude Code from within a git repository.
```
Set the Step 7 template field `CLAUDE_SETTINGS_HOOKS` to `CONFIGURED` if HAS_HOOK, `MISSING` if NO_HOOK.

6. **Detect test command:**

Run these checks in order and stop at the first match:
```bash
# Node/JS
Bash("node -e \"const p=require('[PROJECT_ROOT]/package.json'); console.log(p.scripts&&p.scripts.test?'npm test':'NONE')\" 2>/dev/null || echo NONE")
# Python pytest
Bash("ls [PROJECT_ROOT]/pytest.ini [PROJECT_ROOT]/pyproject.toml [PROJECT_ROOT]/setup.cfg 2>/dev/null | grep -q . && echo 'pytest' || echo NONE")   # grep -q . : exit 0 iff ≥1 file listed (head -1 luôn exit 0 nên không gate được NONE)
# Go
Bash("ls [PROJECT_ROOT]/go.mod 2>/dev/null || echo NONE")
# Makefile test target
Bash("grep -q '^test:' [PROJECT_ROOT]/Makefile 2>/dev/null && echo 'make test' || echo NONE")
```

Set `TEST_COMMAND` to the first non-NONE result:
- `npm test` / `yarn test` / `pnpm test` — for Node
- `pytest` — for Python
- `go test ./...` — for Go
- `make test` — for Makefile
- `NONE` — if no test suite detected

**Detect lint + typecheck commands** (same first-match approach; set `NONE` if none found — the Step 7 template requires both fields):
```bash
# LINT_COMMAND
Bash("node -e \"const p=require('[PROJECT_ROOT]/package.json'); console.log(p.scripts&&p.scripts.lint?'npm run lint':'NONE')\" 2>/dev/null || echo NONE")
Bash("ls [PROJECT_ROOT]/.eslintrc* [PROJECT_ROOT]/ruff.toml [PROJECT_ROOT]/.ruff.toml 2>/dev/null | grep -q . && echo 'ruff check .' || echo NONE")   # grep -q . : exit 0 iff ≥1 file listed (ls with multiple args exits non-zero when ANY arg is missing, so don't rely on its exit code)
# TYPECHECK_COMMAND
Bash("ls [PROJECT_ROOT]/tsconfig.json 2>/dev/null >/dev/null && echo 'tsc --noEmit' || echo NONE")
Bash("(ls [PROJECT_ROOT]/mypy.ini 2>/dev/null || grep -q '\\[tool\\.mypy\\]' [PROJECT_ROOT]/pyproject.toml 2>/dev/null) && echo 'mypy .' || echo NONE")
```
Set `LINT_COMMAND` and `TYPECHECK_COMMAND` to the first non-NONE result each, else `NONE`.

7. **Write pipeline config** using the Write tool with the resolved PROJECT_ROOT path:
```
Write("[PROJECT_ROOT]/.claude/PIPELINE_CONFIG.md", content below)
```
Content template:
```
# Pipeline Config
PROJECT_ROOT: [absolute path]
GIT_REPO: YES | NO
INITIALIZED: [ISO timestamp]
CLAUDE_SETTINGS_HOOKS: CONFIGURED | MISSING
TEST_COMMAND: [detected command or NONE]
LINT_COMMAND: [detected command or NONE]
TYPECHECK_COMMAND: [detected command or NONE]
```

8. **Record chain-start-commit** (only if GIT_REPO: YES):
```bash
Bash("[ -f \"[PROJECT_ROOT]/.claude/checkpoints/chain-start-commit\" ] || git -C [PROJECT_ROOT] rev-parse HEAD > [PROJECT_ROOT]/.claude/checkpoints/chain-start-commit")
```
This allows `chain-verifier` to determine git diff scope automatically. Without it, chain-verifier falls back to `HEAD~1` (diffs only the most recent commit) and prints a FALLBACK MODE warning — it does NOT output `CHAIN_VERIFICATION_BLOCKED` (that occurs only in a non-git repo).

9. **Report:**
```
PIPELINE_READY:
Project: [PROJECT_ROOT]
Git: YES | NO
.claude/ dirs: ✓ created
Gitignore warning: [YES/NO]
WorktreeCreate hook: CONFIGURED | MISSING
Test command: [TEST_COMMAND]
Next step: Run /plan-tasks to design your pipeline.
```
